Hello!

 

Thanks so much for visiting my website! I'm Mia and I an NYC-based singer and TV/film, theatre, and voiceover actor! I recently completed my training at NYU Tisch where I received a BFA in Drama.

Much to my brother's dismay, I have been singing ever since I was a wee lad. I grew up singing folk and rock music while my Dad played guitar, which greatly shaped my tastes and vocal style. I love singing alternative music as well as contemporary theatre! It's been cool to see those worlds collide a bit more in recent years and I'd love to work on projects that reflect that. I'm also in an indie/folk duo called Pursued by a Memory, which you can listen to by clicking the Spotify link at the bottom :)

I have always loved horror movies and horror has been deeply engrained in my family (iykyk)

Barbarian is one of my favorites because of its creative storytelling and political commentary. Characters and stories like those are what I want to share with audiences.

In terms of voiceover, I've been a huge gamer and cartoon enjoyer all my life, and would love to be a part of those things myself! Games/cartoons have had a hugely positive impact on me and my life and it's important to me to contribute to that impact for others as well! In fact, I have been dubbed the walking soundboard by friends and foes alike...

My voice over capabilities include audiobook narration (non-fiction, romance, novel, fantasy), as well as commercial (friendly, energetic, conversational, comedic, smooth), and animation/video games. Since I am also a singer, I have a lot of control and range within my voice and can create a lot of different sounds and characters!
